Chinese Military Shovel

Currently I work as Mozilla’s Global Strategist on the Webmaker Mentor team. I organize Mozilla’s largest public-facing event, the Mozilla Festival, which takes place in London. I also oversee a global campaign called Maker Party and co-facilitate an online course called #teachtheweb.

I care about facilitation, communities of practices, mentoring, participation, localization, Free Culture and openness. I'm based in Berlin.
